This is our vision of modern Turkish cuisine. We’ve taken traditional dishes and found ways to showcase them at their very best, drawing upon years of culinary experience to create a menu that delights and surprises. All our dishes are made from scratch right here in The Bank, using the finest cuts of meat and the freshest herbs and vegetables we can lay our hands on.
